Shay resigns after arrest


Ketchikan City Council Member Jack Shay tendered his resignation Monday after being arrested Friday night on 10 counts of possession of child pornography. As Deanna Garrison reports, Shay is a former mayor of both the Ketchikan Gateway Borough and City of Ketchikan. He also served as the former head of the State Division of Employment Security and is a past president of the Alaska Municipal League.
