Borough filing paperwork available on Monday

Beginning Monday, nominating petitions for open Ketchikan Gateway Borough Assembly and School Board seats are available.

Citizens can pick up petitions at the Borough Clerk’s office at the White Cliff building, or download forms from the Elections page on the Borough website.

The filing period for borough office is August first through August 27th. Completed petitions must be turned in at the Borough Clerk’s office.

Two three-year seats are open on the Assembly. The School Board has three three-year seats, and one two-year seat open.
