Troopers seek information on gas station fight

A fight involving multiple men was reported last Friday night at the Lighthouse Tesoro gas station, according to Alaska State Troopers.

Witnesses reported seeing one of the men brandishing a handgun during the fight. The altercation ended when the men fled the scene, before troopers arrived.

Troopers collected some information about the men’s vehicles, and were told that both vehicles had been damaged during the fight. Troopers later contacted driver Nicholas Chatham, who then was charged with driving under the influence.

The rest of the men involved are wanted for questioning, and could face charges of assault and criminal mischief. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Alaska State Troopers at 225-5118.
