School board hires new curriculum director

The Ketchikan School Board approved a contract with Shannon Sines to serve as the new curriculum director.  The board also heard about glitches in the school nutrition policy that may affect grant funding, and discussed budget frustrations.  Dave Timmerman provides details. SB032714
