STRONG WINDS AND RAIN BEGINNING TO LIGHTEN THIS AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL LESS THAN 1 INCH EXPECTED BY 3 PM. WINDS SOUTHEAST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH...BECOMING SOUTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES STEADY AROUND 42 DEGREES.

City Council wrapping up 2014 budget review | KRBD
A final vote on the budgets must take place before the end of this month, which means the Council has until is regular meeting next Thursday to complete the process.
