While construction continues on Jackson Street, the City of Ketchikan recommends that pedestrians use Seventh and Fifth avenues when walking between Ketchikan High School, Holy Name Elementary, and/or Houghtaling Elementary.
Construction on Jackson street will continue through September 21st.
