The Power is in Your Hands.

Do you know what makes KRBD great? It’s not the music we play, or the news we cover, or the people that do the job. It’s you, our listeners and donors, the people who provide the funding to make this all possible. Thank you for your continued support.

Where We’re At.

Our nation, our state, and our city have been affected by COVID-19, and economic and civil unrest. And KRBD is not immune to these changes. We’ve had to cancel or change long-standing station events, and apply for local government relief funds for the first time ever. These funds will go a long way in helping shore up our losses in other areas, but the need for your support during our Quiet Drive is more real and more critical than ever.

In Times of Uncertainty…

You turn to community radio for nuance, context, and facts. We are covering local, state, and national elections, local and national protests, local response to the Coronavirus pandemic, and other important stories. We need to ensure that our reporters have the tools they need to do their jobs, and to enhance our community reporting efforts.

Our ability to provide this programming comes from moments like this when we ask you to donate. Please click this link, or call 225-9655 or 800-557-5723 to give today.

When you donate at a Basic Membership level ($5 per month/$60 one-time) or above, you’ll have a choice of KRBD socks or one of our brand-new face masks! These polyester & spandex masks are available in 3 colors (red, blue, & purple) and 2 sizes (S/M or L/XL).

The goal for our Fall Campaign is $70,000. We would like to raise $50,000 toward that goal by the end of our On-Air Drive on October 4th. Join during the Quiet Drive to be entered in a drawing for a Family Stay-cation Basket packed with goodies for adults and kids alike. See more pictures of items from the Stay-cation basket at the bottom of this post. Our on-air drive starts Monday, Sept. 28th!
