A Kasaan woman was arrested on Friday for allegedly possessing 850 fentanyl pills. Alaska State Troopers served a search warrant to 30-year-old Felysha Savage last month and seized the fentanyl pills, along with methamphetamine and fentanyl powder.
Kasaan is a small village of less than 50 people on Prince of Wales Island. Following a grand jury indictment for multiple counts of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance, Savage was taken into custody and remanded to the jail in Craig.
