No one was injured when a fire consumed a Ketchikan home early this morning.


The fire on the 600 block of Pond Reef Road was reported at approximately 2:15 a.m. Crews from North Tongass Volunteer Fire Department were first on the scene. They were assisted by the South Tongass and City of Ketchikan fire departments.


The fire was brought under control at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.


The cause of the fire is under investigation.
