Craig and Klawock will have a disruption in their radio signal from KRBD beginning Sunday April 19th, while we upgrade our equipment and how we receive our signal. We are hopeful that the outage will be short–from a few days to a week and a half.
KRBD can still be streamed via our web page or your favorite smart speaker, and is still available via the KRBD app. If you don’t yet have our app, it is available for both Apple and Android phones. Just search for KRBD in your phone’s app store.
This newer equipment will provide much better audio and an overall improved radio experience for our listeners. This is part of our commitment to serve the communities of southern Southeast Alaska–a vital part of our mission.
