Ketchikan police: Fourth drug bust on Sunday

A fourth drug-related arrest on Sunday followed three earlier last week by the Ketchikan Police Department. The most recent arrest netted 2.5 ounces of heroin, worth about $84,000, along with $3,000 in cash.
