The 2023 Parks and Playground Master Plan identifies public spaces that need upgrades, and areas that locals have the most interest in seeing developed. 

“It works, I’m able to make calls,” Thorne Bay resident Kathryn Milton said. “When I go inside buildings it looks like that service kind of really drops, but least I’m not kind of stranded anymore.”
