Costco contractor settles with feds after denying Juneau employee extra bathroom breaks
A federal anti-discrimination agency has reached a $50,000 settlement with the company Costco hires to give out the free samples in its stores. The watchdog sued because the company refused to accommodate a Juneau employee’s request for extra bathroom breaks that she needed for a medical condition.
