The Ketchikan Gateway Borough Parks and Recreation department announced Friday that the new pool will open Monday.
The Gateway Aquatic Center is located next to the Gateway Recreation Center on Schoenbar Road. The first swimming opportunity will be 5 a.m. Monday, when the pool opens for lap swims.
