Candidate filing for the City of Craig’s municipal elections opened today.
There are two seats open on the city council, each for two year terms. There are also two seats open on the Craig School Board, both for three year terms.
Candidacy forms must be submitted to Craig City Hall by 5 p.m. September 4th. To qualify as a candidate, citizens must have lived in Craig and have been registered to vote at least 30 days prior to the election.
The election is October 6.
