The main ceremony starts at 11 a.m. at Bayview Cemetery Mausoleum. Guest speakers will include USCG Ketchikan Commander Ashley Holt; Ketchikan Gateway Borough Mayor David Landis; and Chere Klein of the offices of Sens. Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan.
