A road near Luck Lake in the Thorne Bay Ranger District on Prince of Wales Island will be closed for a few days next week while the U.S. Forest Service installs a bridge.

Starting 8 a.m. Monday, Forest Service System Road 3030000 will be closed for three miles from Sandy Beach Road toward Coffman Cove. The road is also known as the back loop into Coffman.

The road is scheduled to reopen Wednesday night.
