Cheri Davis of the Rainy Day Quilters quilt guild speaks about the Quilts of Valor program providing comforting quilts to veterans. The guild will present six quilts to veterans in the Ketchikan Pioneer Home on Friday.
The Rainy Day Quilters meet the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. downstairs at Holy Name Catholic Church. Davis’ number is 907-225-6304.
