Ketchikan School Board Member Glen Thompson has resigned from his elected position on the board, effectively immediately.
Thompson did not return messages seeking comment.
His resignation was confirmed Tuesday by School Board President Matt Eisenhower.
Thompson was elected to a three-year term on the Ketchikan School Board in 2017. He previously served on the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Assembly.
