Teen killed in Port Protection ATV crash

A 17-year-old Port Protection girl was killed Thursday in an ATV accident near that community. Alaska State Troopers report that Paulette James was operating a “dune buggy” style ATV, when it rolled over into a 25 foot embankment with two people on board.
