City to consider bonds, discuss 2015 budget

Troopers charge Kentucky man with possession

A 39-year-old man was arrested in Ketchikan on Sunday, on a warrant out of Boone County, Kentucky. In addition to the warrant, Jay Campbell was charged with drug possession and promoting contraband.
